In collaboration with the Eastchester Gardens Resident Design Committee, the Eastchester Gardens PACT Partner has designed this mockup to showcase the upcoming apartment transformations. This model unit highlights the new finishes and improvements we're excited to bring to your home, including modern kitchens, updated bathrooms, and thoughtful layouts. Beyond what you’ll see in this unit, we’re also upgrading key features such as new heating radiators, windows, piping, and enclosed risers to further enhance your living experience.
